SPR# IDEA6W9M2Q - If the R&R resource profile contained an item named UsesExternalLDAP, then the forwarding code will attempt to retrieve and include the Chairs LTPA user name value in a new item for SameTime to use. This item is LTPA_UsrNm and if present will be the value that we got from the Domino Directory. A SameTime fix is still required to use the new item properly. Until an R&R template change is available to expose the setting, sites needing to use the fix will need to use an Agent to create the setting on the R&R profile document.
The Agent to create the setting is just 1 line: FIELD UsesExternalLDAP := "1";
The Agent to remove this setting is just:: FIELD UsesExternalLDAP := @Unavailable;
